Year 1 Super Hero Day

As part of our English lessons, Year 1 children will be having a Super Hero Day on Friday 19 September. We will be discussing all the super powers that we have ourselves and also the super powers of super heroes.

There is absolutely no expectation for parents to buy costumes. The day will be packed with fun activities, including making superhero masks and capes for the children to wear. If your child would like to come dressed as a superhero, that’s absolutely fine too! Children should still wear sensible school shoes and bring a waterproof coat as they will be going outside throughout the day.
