Year 2 Trip to MK Primary Music Singing Festival

We are delighted to inform you that we have organised an exciting trip for the children to visit the Ridgeway Centre on Wednesday 17 June.

We are thrilled to have been invited to take part in the Milton Keynes Primary Music Singing Festival 2026. This year, the festival is running in conjunction with Ex Cathedra, a world-class vocal ensemble renowned for its excellence in performance, learning and wellbeing within the choral sector.

This special opportunity will allow the children to come together with pupils from other schools to rehearse, learn new songs, and take part in a shared musical experience.

To enable this trip to go ahead, we kindly request a voluntary contribution of £9.00. Payment can be made via MCAS in ‘Trips’.  By making your payment, you will also be giving permission for your child to attend.

 Trip details:

• Departure from school: 12:40pm (after lunch)
• Arrival at venue: 1:00pm
• Return to school: approximately 2:30pm

Please ensure your child comes to school in their school uniform, with a sun hat, waterproof coat and that sun cream has been applied before school.  They will also need to bring a water bottle, which they will take with them.
